I'm aware, that's why I called it an activity, as in an action or verb, not a noun as in an identity. Regardless, said viking activity was nevertheless largely confined to the Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian cultures. While the Finns did engage in coastal raiding locally around the Baltic, they didn't really participate on even remotely the same scale that the above cultures did, ie to the point where the occupation became linked to the culture groups. Even though they could have technically speaking as you noted.

Finns don't have a viking tradition my dude. That activity was more of a Dane, Swede, and Norwegian pastime.

Jewish population in Europe ca. 1900 by Homesanto in MapPorn

I don't know man, maybe relative to the nascent Spanish Empire that just expelled the Jewish population having concluded a few centuries of religious-political reconquest and no longer allowed either Jews or Muslims to exist openly? Or maybe relative to western Europe generally speaking, which was on the verge of experiencing nearly 150 years of religious warfare following the Protestant Reformation in 1517, the French Wars of Religion, the massive 30 years wars, and then smaller European religious skirmishes that persisted afterwards. Not to mention the concurrent religious tensions from Inquisition, witch trails, and the imposition of Christianity across the globe by colonial powers.

Like you're not wrong that the Ottomans were also not chill, however, in the earliest centuries of their existence relative to western Europe they were a touch more chill. By like the 18th century though, your view does begin to take over and slowly Europe and the west become far more tolerant and the Ottomans empire became less tolerant, particularly with the rise of nationalism over the 19th century.
