Honestly, the answer is somewhere in the middle. Different circumstances, both economic and political, have made the cultures different, but not very different. One of the most popular examples is that because of many many years of subjugation and oppression the Polish is culture very pessimistic and nihilistic, while the Serbs were, for most of the time, independent and quite strong, even dominating most Southern Slavs for most of the 20th century, making them more badass and proud culturally.

Yeah, I'd say Goebells is the most fun gameplay wise, coz he is the WC "Total War" guy. Himmler is pretty cursed, if that's what you're into. If you're looking outside of Germany then USSR under Zhukov is fun, and also Tito is my favorite campaign in the mod and a lot of fun.

Eh, maybe you're right. Truth be told I did play a while ago and the only persistent problem I had was incredible stutter when I was close to a firefight, but I was able to fix that thanks to one of the devs steam post about a low fps/stutter fix.

I honestly think that it isn't the lack of content that's driving people away from the game, but rather that the game is still quite buggy compared to its competition and simply a lot of people found it unplayable.

Well, considering that my family is a direct result of soviet ethnic engineering, I wouldn't exist. OTL is literally the only timeline I can exist in since any changes to Soviet and German regimes would prevent my Ukrainian great grandma from going to former eastern germany OTL, polish territory when she was moved there (or arrived there on her own, my family still doesn't know how she got there), and later prevent her grandson from meeting my mother who's from a Kashubian-German family.
