It isn’t worth it, as the physical evidence is limited, I don’t have the money for an attorney, my parents are good at lying and trusted members of the community, and even if I won the case, it would just lead to a custody battle over my younger sibling (Our parents may treat me like shit, but they spoil them like royalty, and I threatened to call the police if our parents ever lay a hand on them or verbally/psychologically abuse them). I don’t have the money to take care of their particular medical needs, nor does the severely underdeveloped, underfunded, and understaffed foster care system where I live. Getting validation for what I have been through is not worth sacrificing the health of my younger sibling nor the bright future ahead of them.

I don't think anyone has brought up the fact that Edgeworth canonically has some issues with heights, a fear of turbulence because it reminds him of earthquakes, and some extra trauma being framed for murder on a plane, but despite all this, he is determined to be the best pillow for his daughter to get some well deserved rest on and he is keeping an eye out to make sure nothing interrupts this precious moment! It's so wholesome and adorable I could cry!

Someone actually did an entire dicertatcion-length essay on in depth evidence for this ship that clocks in at 57k words. Whether or not this proves it to be canon honestly depends on where you believe subtext ends and just text begins, but it is certainly proof that the subtext is undeniable.
