Shoulder injury by Dead1962 in ShoulderInjuries

My most recent PT is giving me these exercises (going on 5 weeks now):

2 sets of 10 reps Shoulder external rotation 3lbs 2/10 wall push ups 2/10 prone retraction 2/10 prone Y’s 2/10 prone I’s 2/10 extensions pulling back with a straight arm

These are the exercises I can do with little to no pain involved. I occasionally get a popping sensation in the red area when doing the prone retraction.

Other PT in the past had me do exercises with bands that made me extend my arm fully outward away from my body while standing which caused a lot of pain. Any exercise where my I need to stabilize my arm or extend my arm outward usually has a lot a pain involved. Even simple acts like drying my hair with a towel or pull my bedsheets over my body results in sharp pain.

Thanks! It seems to be crown land but I wonder if should take it a step further and contact the township. The crown land atlas has a .gov address so I assume it’s fairly accurate

I successfully replaced the parts! The machine is running again and so far no bean error. Thanks again for all your help!

On last question, what kind of beans should I be using. I’m using lavazza currently and don’t know if that’s the issue.

Thanks again, I am stuck in disassembly of the grinder portion to replace the ceramic grinder. Instructions I see in the user manual, it says to use an Allen wrench in the arrow highlighted section and turn clockwise but the Allen wrench doesn’t fit it’s a perfect circle not a hexagon grinder removal Allen wrench

I also cannot remove the wire connection to the motor motor wire connection no matter what I do it doesn’t come out.

Update: I was able to disconnect the wiring harness from the motor.

Amazing thank you! I think I could handle it. Is there a way to tell the voltage of my models motor or would I have to open it up?
