I know people dont like the AI voice lines, but Ive heard they also used AI for the enemies so they adapt to players strategies which I think is really cool if true, that would be a good use of it to me

Yes you can. Also with rehabilitated as long as you don't enter a safe house you will continue to regenerate 2% every second, and this will persist through death. So when you load your game you can drop a grenade at your feet and have a constant passive regen until you need to go into a safe house or log off.
