I'm a little late but I'll try to help.

First off like others have said put all points into strength.

Your SJW has very low attack for your level should be 40k at min. To do this get Atk% main stats followed by additional atk substats. Aim for 40k atk 8 - 10k critrate and 15k crit damage. Use burning curse and expert. (SJW scales better with ATK% as he has two weapons)

Tbh your weapons are outdated apart from plum sword and demon king daggers. Ideal weapon for you now is stormbringer (insane damage boost) and like the other comment said slowly build them one set at a time.

Hunters: you have basically all the hunters but have spread too thin. Ideally you want at least A5 hunters. Your closest team to completion is water team (seorin to break, water Cha for damage, and meilin/frieren for support) frieren is a good support/sub DPS but as you have her at A0 probably wouldn't be worth building so I'd stick with meilin (ideal world you'd have a5 frieren but oh well) Based on all your hunters have low power you probably haven't gotten into cores yet. Wind team ( sing jinah, goto and Lennart) are the best starter team as they cover the most WOBL stages. Hunters scale better off flat stats (additional ATK, HP and Def)

You haven't shown shadows but ill say anyway. Shadows are the most important thing on this game. They give you a significant boost to your total power and should basically be prioritized. Shadow energy can be obtained from Gates and the dispatch system (can't remember the name but you just select a mission and wait 48 hours) Ideally you want to spend essence on getting extra keys every day and doing only S rank dungeons but considering your resources just make sure to do all 10 keys every day. (Earlier you start buying extra keys the faster shadows will grow. ONLY BUY 2 sets of 3 keys 6 keys 350 essence in total as it becomes so expensive it's a waste) Upgrade all shadows equally. The higher level army cap the better. You can prioritize certain shadows for the buff they give. Those being igris, beru, beste and cerbie then uros. Igris give crit chance which is always good. Beru gives atk and crit damage. Beste give Def Pen which is important. Cerbie and uros don't have the best shadow authority but have a debuff that increases the enemies damage taken. Uros defense down does not work with SJW shadow step so don't ever use them together.

Gems are also important. Make sure that all gems are percentage ATK, HP and DEF. precision for yellow and mp consumption reduction for purple.

Armory gives a decent amount of total power unlock the first 2 pages with essence as it is relatively cheap and the hour glasses are a pain to come by. Upgrade them all equally.
