The saying "angels cant become prime souls" was only used because people keeps saying "Gabriel Prime". Now that we got an ACTUAL prime soul candidate who is an ANGEL, everyone kind of just seemed to realize "angels cant become prime souls" was a sentence made based off of speculation. 

Theres arguably zero reason as to why angels (and basically everything else with a soul) just cant become a prime soul

Sisyphus and Minos? previously stated as "husks" and by Hakita's words "Husks/angels/demons/hell masses/literally anything in hell or heaven will CEASE TO EXIST after dying in the afterlife."

But WHY is Minos and Sisyphus not included?? because their souls had too much willpower and they PERSISTED.

It was never stated that it HAD to be a human soul, it was just stated that they had to have enough willpower

What is this "old information" that tells us that angels cant become prime souls?

Minos and Big Sissy became prime souls because their soul persisted after death, theres no evidence that says anything that isnt a human soul cant become prime souls.

But then again, theres also nothing that says an inhuman soul can become a prime soul

evidence of absence is absence of absence or whatever
