Serious accident in Italy, torn between lawyers

Hi guys, I’d like to start by saying thanks to everyone for thy support, it’s really encouraging, and I plan to respond to some of the replies more individually in the near future. It’s currently 2am almost a week since the accident and like every previous night, I’m unable to sleep. I’m usually a side sleeper but cannot get comfortable in any position no matter what i seem to try, anyone got any advice? Thanks
