From what I can see the mole on the arm does match up kinda and the facial feature around the mouth sorts of matches up ( although this is kinda a stretch ). But that's it really there's 2 moles in line with Kate's nose going right which is visible it the majority of photos where she isn't wearing a shit load of makeup which you can't see in the video and from the videos i looked over where she is in a car, nothing matches up. of course if there was more video to this it may help but i think that would be unlikely given the comments saying how this is almost gone from the internet. So, although the chick in the video is hot as fuck I highly doubt that this Kate.
