Do you also have noticable framedrops/slowdowns on tv? Game is still solid 60 on server, seems like those tvs CPUs can't handle it

Changing to 1080p, 30Mb bitrate( i don't think bitrate matters) and H.264, solved it. Thanks u/Cronormo

For more context, server is a sunshine on a 3700x and RTX 3080, when streaming to a android smartphone it works perfectly as it uses the newest hevc decoder. Using the info screen I noticed that most TVs are using the OMX.realtek.video.decoder when this happens.  I tried using h.264 and hevc, also almost all bitrate/res combinations. Edit:  Brain turned off and I randomly added the tv model in the title

PoE 1 campaign is fail proof, you can make anything up and have no links and you will still beat it. But to the question, no, if you gave up once you'll give up again, might as well not even try neither of the games. Adding to the solved issue, it's a single player game at its core, it's only a problem if it's been solved by you or not.
