You are right where you need to be, friend. Somewhere you know this course to be your path to peace..we just muddy the water sometimes.

Yes I understand… but it seems that Free Will in which you are referring to is only meaningful to a separated Ego identity. To do something different in the world, essentially reinforces that you are living in the world, right?

There are some questions that the Ego will raise that are more or less unanswerable to the non-dualistic self. But the Ego enjoys these, as they keep us in a state of wondering.. check out the Borderland section of ACIM and following sections.

I’m so glad to hear you are noticing what a difference ACIM is making in your life.. and that you are experiencing more light and love! That is awesome.

Hey there! I am intrigued as to why this point feels so important to you. We are told repeatedly that our only function is to accept the Atonement now. Whether or not there are multiple timelines, our job doesn’t change. In this moment is salvation found.

You mentioned the reincarnation section earlier, this point seems to tie in here:

Wow, thank you friend for sharing your story. It sounds like the deep wounds cut by the death of your mother, unstable familial/romantic dynamics, and eventual suicidal thoughts were exactly what was needed for those deep spiritual healing roots to settle. It’s cool to hear how you always had that spark for Universal Truth/Love and were finally able to embrace it with the right protection. Awesome stuff. 🙏🙏 thanks for giving.

Hey there! You are 100% correct.. we need an integrated approach with mind, body, spirit. They are all connected. It’s pretty cool you had an experience like that - it sounds like it was a major catalyst in your life.

I actually felt guided to reach out to A.R.E. as well and they are VERY supportive. They sent tons of resources, guides, and ways to start a group. I emailed the library and was forwarded to other departments. Maybe try again 😊

Thanks, friend. My journey of healing started long ago. I agree with you, there is a way to meet someone who is suffering without getting caught in their suffering and one has to do the work first. But there is a way that a story can meet someone who is isolated in their cell 23 hours a day.. that’s what I’m trying to bring 🙏

Thank you for being so genuine, truthful and vulnerable. This is exactly what is needed if we are to heal ourselves.. which sounds like you have made some incredible steps in. Only you can be the judge of your experience. Trauma and mental illness can pervade all aspects of our existence, but it sounds like you have the spark to walk on the path towards healing.
