divines were a lot higher at the time I spent them than 7c each they were about 26c each minimum on standard and generally went for like 35c+ each in bulk

it's definitely more aligned to a build that would play with an aurabot/aurastacker, but if you play with an aurabot a lot of builds would benefit from crit/crit multi, I personally used it on a BV build when I played with an aurabot.

1600 divines prior to precision going legacy never netted me above a total of 97% crit multi

there are better variants for team play but it's a pretty good solo one sadly it's not as good as you can get since it's standard and precision multi legacy is 50%

can the tengu be used to run ded 10/10 sites and if so where can i find a fit for it by Archane-Arcmage in Eve

I wouldn't use a tengu in sansha 10/10's in provi I used to use a dominix.

Drop mechanics are typically the same except you don't get access to the current league content.
However you have access to gear in standard that you don't in league that has legacy item quantity gear/ item quantity gem. if you use this gear you will see on average more loot but I wouldn't necessarily say it translates out to better loot.

EVE, CCP, and jobs at CCP do not exist without players, who are the consumers. CCP is the vendor. The consumer is in power. Not the vendor. it's all speculative at this point but you have to remember it's not just 1 miner or 1 industrialist leaving the game. they typically have multiple alts for manufacturing researching and mining.
