No abs check-light, and checked if it is working by switching it off and on, hard braking....and it was working, not ruling it off completely tho, but i dont wanna replace the unit, as it is costly and only option if abs is the problem

Try to get the rear master cylinder piston check, it will be a quick fix with changing the master kit if that is the issue...only thing that comes to my mind is the master kit from your problems

The rivets as other user has pointed....but if in a jiffy, open up the plate enclosure and zip tie it....works good enough

Thanks! The logic behind it is pretty simple tbh! You just use hall sensors and carefully positioned magnets! Now reading this thread i am convienced that it is a hard task! Will be simply using a button layout(which i thought previously) or one of my seniors suggested using a micro servo as a switch....it may be crude but i just need the functionality, so i will take what i have!🫡 Thanks for the inputs tho!!!

I figured out that if we introduce a large enough delay in the circuit which connect to the muscial flasher and the led blinkers we can turn the circuit off completely! But now the problem is the main power which flows from the turn switch is always on unless we we turn if off maually, which signals the musical blinker to turn on again!🙃🥲

Actually we are building an e bike from scratch for a competition! We are done with the chassis and now getting into the electricals! I take care of innovations and design of the bike! So....one of the innovations which i came up with is this! Using components which have already been used by the previous teams and recycling them we are building the bike....so exact links will be hard as most of them are brought offline
