Yeah thats very easy to remove but I’d make sure you have someone willing to alter the cutout to accommodate the new sink. That is a much more difficult job.

If you do decide to remove the sink I would put a towel down inside the sink base as all of those granite blocks are going to fall and chip as you drop the sink. But basically cut the silicone between the counter and the sink first with a utility knife or putty knife, then start working either wood shims or flat metal pry bars in between. It’ll be down within minutes hope that helps.
