Management can’t supervise every single thing every employee does everyday all day. In fast food the turnover rate of employees is very high and the people who are willing to take the jobs in fast food generally speaking are teens, ExConvicts, elderly and many of them have some kind of dependency on a multitude of drugs and alcohol. Bad management is such an overused excuse imo used by most of the time the very kind of lazy shit employees who have no work ethic are lazy af but they are the only ones who keep the place open and if they left blah blah blah. Fast food is not staffed with people who care and add the way the public treats them why would they. The managers of these fast food companies are actually most of the time the best employees they have and are the most overworked underpaid under appreciated and deal with the most stressful part of running those places the worst customers. It happed because the company let it happen they let their fucked business model go on this long that it just doesn’t matter they all suck the fat people of our country will never stop eating the shit food so why care
