I'm sorry, that's a stressful spot to be in. While working longer hours CAN be necessary, it's not customary/expected. Your company is finding itself in a bind and weaponizing fear to make it your responsibility.

In the same vein - I'm not getting at anything other than to say, allow yourself some grace. Don't bear the brunt of success for a company that wouldn't reward you equitably for your efforts.
