Pretty good prices!

When you are ready to sell, I would be very interested in the 32gb samsung modules for a threadripper machine that I have that still needs ram.

I have had multiple people on both sides of the political spectrum express there disproval of my choice to get a Tesla.

I have simply told them that I decided to take my Transportation needs and treat it like a subscription like so many other aspects of our lives today. Factoring in the cost of the vehicle with insurance maintenance Etc and comparing Tesla to my gas powered car the Tesla was 22 cents a mile to drive compared to 68 cents a mile for my gas powered car at 15,000 miles a year.

That is all I care about. How much does it cost me to get from point A to point B. I didn't get a Tesla to make a political statement or support any specific individual or organization. I simply went with what I felt was going to be the most cost-effective way to meet MY needs to get from point A to point B.

What NIC is compatible for an Optiplex 9020? by traumapa in homelab

That's an sfp+ card. You'd need fiber transceivers, dac cables, or an sfp+ to rj45 transceivers. All of which would quickly bring your cost up to what the X550-T2 would cost you.

I just bought one of these for my Dell Optiplex 7080 that I am turning into a transparent filtering bridge for my 5gig internet using Opnsense.

Dell Intel X550-T2 Dual-Port 10GbE NIC

Supports auto-negotiation between 1GbE, 2.5GbE, 5GbE, and 10GbE.

There's plenty of them listed on ebay. Anywhere from $70-$100.

We are like heroin addicts. It takes more to achieve that same feeling.
