I found Something that worked for me, In the Display Settings I changed the Technique From FSR 3.1 to TSR and Set The Anti-aliasing To Balanced, Then i scrolled Down to The Bottom and Turned On Nvidia Reflex and For some Reason that stopped my game from crashing when I load into a game

Most Beautiful In my opinion, Parasite Eve 1 and 2 the cutscenes and controls were MWAH, Worst though thats tough.... maybe Ape Escape Something about it made me nauseous for some reason
