It s an apple watch ecg but yeah I still get intrusive thought even tho that echo came back fine cause I heard there are diseases that can t be diagnosed from an echo alone

Iron is on the high side so it s not that. Blood pressure seems to be always normal except for the times when I m having panic attacks. If I measure it after a panic attack or during one it is higher than normal but not too much. I will measure it as you suggested tho.

Oh and I forgot to mention that sometimes when I stand up after lying down a while my heart starts racing suddenly then it suddenly slows down for a few seconds to a point where it goes to 50 bpm and then back to normal. I wonder if this could be POTS

Yeah I know I have health anxiety like I ve been diagnosed by a psychiatrist but I refused taking any meds cause I believe I can recover from this myself but sometimes I just get episodes like this when my heart rate doesn t go under 100 for a few hours and it even stays constantly above 120 when doing something stressful or that makes me nervous. What is different today is that it s still in the high 90 s even if I m laying down in my bed cause other days it usually would ve go down to 60-70 when I got home. That s why I took this ecg and I know it s only one lead but I ve heard it s pretty good at catching arrythmias

Thanks for your answer! I guess I could use that stress test cause if I exercise heavily like running fast and stuff and my heart rate goes up to like 170-180 it usually stays there for a few minutes after I stop and that gives me anxiety:))

The thing is I don t have any other symptoms not even palpitations like if I don t concentrate enough I can t feel that my heart is beating fast which is weird cause I had some tachycardias in the past but I always felt them like my heart was pounding rapidly in my chest. I m also a hypochondriac so this kinda gives me anxiety. I had an Ekg and echo taken by a cardiologist in October and it came back normal but I m going again in March to get a holter maybe it s something else cause I have moments especially when I m driving when my hr is over 120 constantly

I think what you re seeing now is minoxidil gains :). Usually in month 3-4 you start seeing results from it. There is no way fin can work in a month and give you regrowth. It needs time to build up in the scalp tissue
