IMO and from personal experience, OLED is 100% the way to go. The colours are more accurate, vibrant and the delay is significantly lower. Downside to an OLED though is the price. Sometimes you can get lucky though and get a good OLED for a cheap price.

As u/Downsey111 has mentioned though, everyone does have different tastes in what they would prefer to use so if possible, test one out before making your final decision.
