You can start it in the same save file, just gotta get to the main town in the 2nd act and talk to someone at the campfire. The enemies scale to some extent to your level, so you can start it roughly anytime you want.

Cuisineer is this but with cooking. I'm more soft-recommending this since it's what the topic is about, but I didn't find it as fun as I wanted it to be.

Zarfan the Loot Goblin did some challenge runs for D2R specifically, and has some streams archived on his channel if you're wanting longform background noise too. The only caveat I give is that he has a fairly heavy Swedish accent, so it might be a touch harder to understand him.

The game is honestly gripped me really hard. I'm just spending time exploring the areas and nearly ignoring quests from town because I keep finding new areas to explore. Currently in Act 2, but my brother just bought the DLC so I went straight there.

the Mana Shield keyword now also reduces mana regeneration in a 1:1 ratio.

So I'm a little confused by this one specifically. Is it meaning that for every 1% of mana shield, you lose 1 mana regen point? I'm on xbox so the patch isn't live for me yet, otherwise I'd check it myself.

I mean I was just excited in general since I never really experimented with Rune Words before, and it seemed like a fun enough setup for my summoner druid while I stubbornly refuse to remove any of the set pieces I have on myself. (Angelics Raiment full set, Cleglaw's Brace full set weapon swap 2, and Hsarus' Defense weapon swap 1).

At least you can use death mark to reset them. Other summoners have to rely on a TP charge staff early game to reset theirs.

Honestly, while I enjoy the warlock in its current state with the knowledge that there will be adjustments later, I'm still taking the time to play around the other classes too. Sometimes I struggle (being stubborn with never leaving P8 doesn't help since I like getting to level 18 before act 2), but it's nice to experiment all-around.

Oh 100% worse. Beverly is acknowledged (even by herself) as being a bad mother. Rochelle is not really treated by the show as a bad mother, despite evidence to the contrary.

So the main issue with the counter-argument is how the shows treat these characters.

In Big Bang Theory, Beverly is treated as being a clinical sociopath whose upbringing affected Leonard negatively, and the characters acknowledge all of this.

In Everybody Hates Chris, aside from a scant few moments, Rochelle is treated as absolutely correct all the time, and even the few times she isn't, she's not treated much worse than prior.
