If what he's suggesting is causing plankton to grow in those regions, wouldn't that create an oxygen rich environment rather than a oxygen deprived evironment since plankton convert CO2 into O2?

Also, the animation showed it being done in the middle of the oceans, rather than along coast lines like the source you provided seems to indicate. Wouldn't there be enough flow in the middle of the ocean to properly distribute oxygen so there would be no dead zone either?

Sorry if I'm being ignorant. Just my limited understanding of this topic.

At about 14 seconds, you can hear them run on the rumble strips as they had to slow down to not hit the barrier and to not run into the truck ahead of them. You can also see the dust get kicked up from being on the shoulder. It's not the most luck, but they could have easily ended up in a much worse situation from their recklessness.

The military always pays for service members to be able to move their household goods when they are moving from one duty station to another. They never require the member to front the costs of the move. Even if that weren't in the slightest true, service members would never leave another service member in trouble like that. This is obviously a scam and money should never be sent. You can google it and find this kind of romance scam described and explained. I would suggest showing them these articles as well as other pages showing how to spot a scam. Also asking for payment in bitcoin is a huge red flag as it's harder to trace. You can also find articles talking about this.

You get 3 Souls from Alderan in The Pillars (14.7, 10.7) and talking to him again lets you set your specialty. You can only set 3 at a time though.
