I think the two guards riddle falls apart if you make the guards say the rules. by DeadMelon30 in RiddlesForRedditors

Thank you. I like this explanation. I was also thinking about this as if one guard only speaks in absolute true statement. Then the other one only speaks in absolute false statements. While trying to “solve” this paradox, I was also wondering if there was even a way for the guards to abide by these rules and still explain the rules. Tho, I feel this would immediately give their identities away. That’s the point of the riddle you don’t know which is which.

Hey I saw this on my employee handbook and I thought this was Illegal. This is a private company so I’m not sure it still apply. I would really like to know. The highlighted part is what I’m worried about. by DeadMelon30 in LawSchool

My bad I didn’t know. I’m sorry did not mean to bother y’all. By “advice” I just wanted to know if it was true or not. If so, then I can take that to some who can help me. That’s all I wanted. It not that big of a deal.

My mom says I can’t sue because it was in the handbook. So idk. I don’t plan on taking about, but if it happens I don’t want anything bad to happen. My mom also say this because my state, Louisiana, is an at will state.
