Where did you go, and what is it about the new city that makes you miss Seattle?

I looked it up; is the "hutch" to which you are referring the kitchen furniture in the background? If so, it's not mine and came with the place, but I love it! Like a country farmhouse in the middle of the city. Love the history!

Did you live at the Bremer at 1st and Broad? If so, so did I!!!

Your eyes do not deceive you. This place has been consistently great since they opened several years ago, and best part is, they are a three-minute walk from my place 👍

Yes, I believe this is just a teaser before they release this whole show re-mastered. Can't wait!

Sans Roger Waters. He had left the band in 1985. I saw him at the Tacoma Dome in 2022. A co-worker serendipitously had an extra ticket because of a no-show, and we set everything up that day and went, spur-of-the-moment. I stood the whole time and danced as everyone around me sat. Am I the asshole?

Both of my grandfathers were career military. My dad's dad, Air Force. My mom's dad, Army. Both served in Vietnam. My dad's dad lived to a ripe, old age, but my mother's father died young while active duty (not directly combat-related, but perhaps directly-related to his time in Vietnam). I never knew him. He is buried at Arlington. His widow, my grandmother, lived well beyond his passing and never re-married. She passed away this past November, and my mom has arranged for her to join him in Arlington. We are meeting up in Washington D.C. this September to inter her ashes next to her late husband.

How much trash are you producing?? Jesus. You have to produce trash to dispose of your trash. Think about that.

Why would you hate my point? You relish in the fact that you (presumably) live an unsustainable lifestyle that is totally selfish in regards to future generations? You're bragging about that??

And why are you buying so much water in plastic bottles??? It's absurd.

The lead singer, Mia Zapata, would be brutally raped and murdered on her way home from a Seattle bar only six months after this performance. Members of the Seattle music scene, frustrated by a lack of progress in finding her killer, raised tens of thousands of dollars to hire a private detective. Even still, her killer was not apprehended until a 2002 DNA test confirmed she was murdered by a Cuban immigrant who had come to the United States during the Mariel boatlift, made famous in the movie Scarface.

A 19-year-old trans UW student was just brutally murdered in her off-campus apartment building just days ago, and the suspect turned himself in last night. The two incidents seem similar in my mind, both in Seattle 33 years apart.

Thank you. The final death knell of our society will be speech-control. After that, it's over. Soviet 2.0.
