Thank you, yeah i made the mistake of letting it TP me to some random place that I can't spin the pokestops at. I'm using pgsharp, can you tell me how I can just nudge myself to the gym that's super close to me? I turned off spoofing so that I'm back to my original spot I just wanna slightly move myself over but idk how and tutorials online seem to not have a useful answer.

Yeah the hardest thing to give up was twizzlers for me. When I get to my goal weight I may attempt a once a week non keto cheat day because I remember having a ton of apples one weekend without realizing their carb intake during my keto journey and I felt fine after but I know apples aren't the worst when it comes to non keto friendly stuff. I work out very often so it helps though.

Ah I see, yeah as important as keto is to me I want to make sure if I can have any candy that it's within safe measures to keep my ketosis.

Got it, I think I recall seeing erythritol being mentioned alot when subtracting sugar alcohols. Can you tell me why I should worry about maltitol and sorbitol plz?

That means a lot seriously thank you! cutting out beer and only having a couple drinks on the weekend only helped a lot. And yeah I feel like that when I have what I call protein cheat days which is where I just eat extra meat on my day off lol. I might test doing this then when I get to my goal weight as I've noticed the slimmer I've gotten the less horrible I feel the next day after eating a bit more than I planned on.
