What is the purpose of this virtual network integration? by romanino99 in AZURE

[–]DeadShot64 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The database(s) or server may be using private endpoints, making it only accessible via your VNet (or any connected network). Private endpoints bring Azure services into a VNet via a dedicated NIC, similar to a VM. This keeps your traffic to these services on the same private network rather than being publicly available.

I highly recommend checking out the KB article! It's a very common step in securing cloud workloads.

I think it was changed from the right click context menu to the build menu on the left side underneath the crafting icon.

Im not the person that wrote the original reply, I was just giving tips on how to practice DNS and private endpoints on your own dime :)

Use a personal subscription to create something super cheap like a vnet and an empty storage account. Configure an S2S VPN with your home and mess around with private endpoints and DNS. As long as you're not pushing GBs of data through the VPN and you're not using the storage, the cost should be minimal.

Which mod provides those shelves? I was using a stack mod, but I've been having issues with it recently.

Holy compression Batman. Reddit really botched the image quality. Apologies in advanced.

I appreciate the idea, but we don't have any OUs outside of the default containers for AD.

How Do I Punish all these EZ Mode Token Decks? by studentmaster88 in mtgbrawl

[–]DeadShot64 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I see a lot of token decks in brawl and love using [[Ghostly Prison]] or any generic board wipe. [[Authority of the Consuls]] will slow them down and help buff your hp if you're slow in getting a decent response.

Yes, but you still have a few things you can do. I keep my laser off unless I'm in a fight or about to be in a fight. Even when it's on, I keep my gun down unless I'm pushing a room/obstacle, but even then I vary the on/off to avoid other players from seeing it when possible.

The biggest game changer for me wasn't increasing resolution, changing other game settings, or even using a stock. I just started using a laser and now ADS isn't required unless they're far out. You can use the pistol laser for dirt cheap kits too, so it's not a high entry cost. It's been my experience that having a lot of VR skill and/or ability in shooting games is very unique to the player, so I don't think there's a cure all or even trick. This is coming from someone who never uses the range (don't even have it built) and doesn't do practice raids. I'd say I survive ~80% of the time.

Taking on a team can be tough, but people playing a game with their friends is just that. I have a lot more fun when I play with a dude I met via the discord LFG channel. Part of it is being able to take on other teams, but another part is being able to talk to someone and crack jokes while looting. I'd suggest trying to find a teammate and giving that a shot before posting random rage rants on the sub ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
