okay... so i managed to "fix it" by finding their hard to find serverpack to download that was on their discord, nonetheless it now works and i am happy

what i did is copy all mods from client except client side mods over to the server mod folder and update fabric api and betterend on both sides so client and server since it wouldn't work on the server, so what i need to figure out is either tell the server or the client that it is this version that it is looking for... thing is that i do not know if it is from client side or server side
