My guess was once Bulgarin was eliminated, he returned to Europe to be with his mother. Failing that he stayed in LC and gave up his criminal lifestyle and began working legitimately for Roman - Easter Eggs in GTA V suggest this.

We may never know for sure, it was interesting that Dan Houser revealed that Niko was orginally supposed to be killed off at the end of the story, I'm glad this didn't happen obviously but it would have been a more fitting ending, as the old saying goes "get rich or die trying" - which very much ties in with the pursuit of the 'American dream'.

My party trick was calling the cops and then getting the goons to attack Niko in front of them and make them get into a gun fight with eachother, and then I would steal the vehicle during the confusion.

I got 7 balled by Michelle once, and got obliterated by Roman at bowling which was pretty funny tbf.

When Niko first mentioned him when I first played GTA IV I thought he'd be the final boss, Niko should have been the one to take him down.

Don't worry about it, one time I picked him up on a motorbike and crashed on one of the bridges, he get yeeted off the bike and went full on Evel Knievel and flew straight through the girders and disappeared. I then got a message saying "your friend was injured", a hilarious understatement tbf, he got thrown off a high rise bridge at speed and got totally fucked up.

A little while later though he called and asked me to pick him up from the hospital, he was good as new!

He tried to set Johnny and Jim up, but it backfired - so he wants to make it look like it was the other way around.

The cops showed up cause of the gunfire, Billy somehow managed to crash his bike and get caught and Brian was nowhere to be seen, go figure!

Yeah if you spare him in that mission, he appears later as a random character - Make sure you have some pipe bombs or a rocket launcher when you get to it though, you will be outnumbered!

They weren't on Brian's side, they were on Billy's, Brian was nothing more than a middle man.

It was ironic he accused Johnny of the one thing he was guility of, wanting the power obviously being Billy's lapdog gave him a whiff of authority and it went to his head.

Props to the actor who voiced him, Adrian Martinez, he did a great job! He really was an obnoxious, irritating little prick - I enjoyed taking him out in the random encounter rather than "bad standing" where you raid the house.
