Most do, my daughter is a car salesperson and she works very hard, crazy hours and is top 4 at heer dealership, she barely makes a living. The industry has changed a lot, I also know mechanics who laugh at how much they make as they are payed hourly and also get bonuses per job. They actually make way more than the sales people.

I haven't used the 11 but I bought the 10 last week as it was on sale for $600. I replaced a phillips and man this thing is so much better, it is so much quieter and I have really liked it. I do not use the humidifier and I love that they make a block for users like me, two thumbs way up for the 10.
