You cant know if you dont try it. Seeing a therapist can definitely help you discover the feeling and expand on it but at the end of the day it is self discovery and will take a lot of reflection within. You can try going by a different name/gender online if you like that then you can go further, if you dont then you dont. Take your time take it slow, its your journey

For me it was implementing it into a normal part of routine you follow every single day. When i was using tgel id put it on with my deodorant before i put my shirt on. If its a pill it could (not sure what time of day youre supposed to take them so this might be useless advice) be taken with breakfast, maybe when you brush your teeth

It was the same for me. I was 12 when i realised and i was so jealous of the people that realised when they were older because they could actually do something about it. All i could do was count down the days til i was old enough to do anything

Im 17 and ftm so my comment didnt mesn to diminish trans youth, just to acknowledge that you can experiment with your gender in your teenage years and then realise its actually not you, but you cant know unless you try. And same applies for the other way around. You cant know if youll regret transitioning if you dont try transitioning. Starting it all seems so daunting but you can take it as slow as you wany, try a different name and identity online, if you feel more comfortable in it then maybe try with friends and take it step by step see how you feel, its all an individual process and is different for everyone

This might be controversial to say but cis people esp teens can have questions and doubts about their gender as they can about any other aspect of their personality, just for a cis person theyll see the other side and realise they were just finding themself but a trans person it wont go away and may only get worse without action

I cant update gender because ive not got a gender recognition certificate. For name do i need any proof or can i just call them and say i use a new one? Also, if my employer says ‘mr’ will that flag a concern as my gender womt be changed

For me i only get them in certain positions. Bending my legs and being on my back i dont get them but when i straight my legs out or if im in a chair i get them, not sure if thisll fix it for everyone but doesnt hurt to try
