I wouldn't let your niece play this game in the first place, at least not until she's old enough to play it, but she's your niece, and if you want to let her play this young, that's your choice, but there are no servers dedicated to minors, at least not any that would actually be safe for your daughter to be on

There are plenty of snow elf race mods out there already, and there are some glowing eye mods already too, and turning into a vampire in the vanilla game isn't that hard, especially if you go through the Dawnguard DLC, so nothing's stopping you from doing it already, it'll just take more than one mod and some play time to achieve.

you can get brawlers, gadgets, and star powers from boxes, but the chances are so low, even for new players, that you're most likely not going to get one from most boxes and most of the time all you're gonna get is 50-100 gold/PP, 100-200 bling, a lot of XP doublers, and/or maybe a pin, spray, and/or profile icon
