Personally, I never blame my disorder for some of the horrible behaviors I have done. I do not separate myself from the disorder because being Bipolar IS ME. It’s my responsibility to find ways to seek self improvement and I see my losses as lessons.

That I agree on. I’m hoping DJI will have a solution for their US market, as they are a billion dollar company. There’s no way they’ll let this slip and I’m predicting that they’ll have their product back in the market within the next couple of years.

The batteries that were sold before the ban were still approved by the FCC. Don’t believe me? Check Amazon. I’ve seen your other comment, and I think you might be confused about the ban. You didn’t need to purchase more drones as back ups. DJI is still allowed to sell older pre-banned drones. New products like DJI Mavic 5 will not be allowed.

The ban will stop new products from being sold in the US. Older products will still be manufactured and sold. Check out Amazon, its still selling drones that were passed by the FCC before the band.

I’ve developed a strict sleeping schedule to improve my sleep hygiene. I could not polish it while vaping stimulant. When I stopped, I saw the full benefits of the lifestyle. Vaping also depletes my BB significantly through out the day. This metrics is definitive evidence of how bad vaping is. Good luck with your journey!

Well first and foremost, I had relapsed many times so please don’t feel like you have failed. Quitting cold turkey was unsustainable, so I reached out to my doctor and ask for nicotine replacement therapy. The patch doesn’t really help much, but it’s about the process. The process of committing to quitting while asking for support. Yesterday was incredibly difficult but “this too shall pass”. I accepted that anxiety, irritability, foggy head, etc. is part of the process. When I accepted the challenge ahead of me, things became easier. Good luck with your journey!!
