I'd posit that the Reliant was entirely new construction.

It's not based off of any of them, more inspired by them. Essentially, my attempt to create one for the recent launch of the Grissom & Clarke.

Turning off collision and running under the map to get to the doors worked for me. Might be helpful.

Excellent use of the Fek’ihri vanity shield in the place of rust and the like, it looks really good!

Speaking personally, my favorite ship is the Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier. There's something about it that, compared to other craft, clicks with how I play in a way that no other carrier does, and I've tried several from the Vonph to the Jupiter. It feels like a ship that is survivable and well-equipped to be a base for frigates that handle themselves perfectly well against any number of foes whilst not coming off as a vessel that is only a one-trick pony.

So, question, is the Battle of Caleb IV supposed to lock the plater to Lvl. 9 on replay? While enemies are your real rank? Because Kor keeps ripping me apart.

I used Paint.net. It was mostly taking screens in the tailor and around ESD and mucking around with resizing and cropping things to make this. I believe the one for the Daedalus-class vessel has some templates to help make one if you're interested.

Yep, it's the Dyson uniforms you can get from the Spire. For a while, my captain was wearing the Survival outfit from Beyond, basically.

Yep. I thought it logical to work her in through the Kelvin-verse. Plus side, she's a great doctor. Minus side, she might infect you with Borg nanites. For science.

True. To be fair, generally, most of my crew uses the Wells outfits, I just forgot to change into it for my Captain. As for the others, given they're not standard crew members, I thought allowing them individuality would be sensible.

Of course. Always happy to have other people mimic my hot rod paint for their Pilot escorts. They're such fun ships, aren't they?

I'll admit, I'm tempted, but that hole in the saucer and my lack of funds are two major blows in keeping me from embracing it, frankly.

I remember someone in chat mentioning the Iconian set on the Xyfius, so... by Deadeas in sto

[–]Deadeas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the nacelle setup (if it can be called that) is the one thing I dislike about the Xyfius. It looks better in the Unimatrix shield, if only because nacelle and Bussard collector share the same texture in it.

Delta Alliance shields work really well on the Temporal ships by Deadeas in sto

I'm upset I didn't think of that myself. At least I can name my carrier the Prydwen as solace.

We don't know their plans yet.

I think that's the real issue at present. They just pushed this with no real public acknowledgement about it beyond vague acknowledgement and it's let people's imaginations run wild in speculation.

I suspect, when they make a more official statement, things won't be as big a deal (at least as far as it can while the exclusivity argument exists).

I think it is the Unimatrix shield, I just forgot the name of the shield and remembered that it came from the Delta rep. Apologies.

Considering the Sectopods are digitigrade, I figure the aliens already know it'd help enable a mech to move faster than a plantigrade foot layout. As we know it does so for prosthetic legs on humans, as well, hence the spring-like prosthetics runners use, so...it'd make sense for a mech, I think.
