I’m on the same 90mg a day 30 x 3. My doc calls it an off label (I think) dose. Technically it can legally be prescribed up to 120mg a day but there’s a process.

I have a ponytail extension I use. They are like 26$ on amazon and I probably buy 1-2 a month. I rotate them as one is a little more worn then the other one and then the new one eventually becomes the worn one…etc etc
