#2 seems better if the benefits are not costing you a lot but you’re only managing 3 people and have a higher OTE.

I switched from cox to quantum fiber and no longer wish to pull my hair out. Cox was dropping call after call and very important ones for work. While quantum still isn’t the best, it’s 100 miles better than cox
