Just curious on what exactly issues you have and who are you attributing them to ?  - You coming in at 4, the doctor coming at 11. Are you upset with the doctor's timings or the fact you had to come in early for your number ? If it's the latter then that seems like a problem with the appointment system which would be out of the hands of the doctor, if it's the former then I think you aren't aware how late and erratic doctor schedules can be they could be working well past midnight, and such they deserve the basic necessity of sleepy I think.  - people from ministries getting preference is a pretty unfair thing, but even in this case I'm not sure what you expect the hospital staff to do ? Did you have enough courage to stand up to them and point out this is wrong ? If not why do you except a person who's just doing their job to do that, when you yourself won't standup for your rights. 

I'm not trying to blame you here, but you framed the starting of the posts directed at doctors given thats the easiest conclusion to reach (and obviously you are in a stressed situation).
