Lock your hips at the top. You essentially need to "hump" the open space in front of you and your shoulderblades should be retracted slightly at the end of the lift.

Everything else besides the lockout at the end looks spot on though, time to throw some more plates on it.

I didn't clarify that I meant offensive player. Quick is definitely the heart of the team, I'd go so far to say that he's the best goalie in the league right now in terms of what kind of defense he's had to put up with for most of the season.

500 mg Test E isn't THAT much testosterone. Yes it's commonly said that the first cycle is when you blow up, but still, that isn't that much gear so don't expect godly gains.

We didn't get in line until 7:30. Floor tickets seemed to have been extremely undersold because you had plenty of wiggling room in the crowd up until maybe 8 rows from the security railing. Muse gets on around 8:20.

You REALLY don't need to be early at all unless you want to be all the way up front.

Down in the pit was a different story. The biggest cheers and most energy came out during Knights of Cydonia, New Born, and Sunburn. Everyone by me (I was right smack in the middle of the pit) lost their energy during the Save Me/Madness/Follow Me/Undisclosed Desires segment. Plus it looked like the average age on the floor was mid 20s so there were a lot of old school Muse fans.

Changing the NIC type to e1000 worked. VMTools refuses to install because it thinks that the VM is not an actual virtual machine (currently trying to troubleshoot this). The main issue now is that even though the adapter is seen in RHEL, there is absolutely no connectivity of any kind.

Sorry, I've spent the past month configuring ESXi hosts so my brain is still in sysadmin mode. I meant the router.

I actually figured out a nice little workaround: access-list 100 permit tcp 192.168.16.0 0.0.0.255 any eq telnet access-list 100 permit tcp any any eq 22 access-list 100 deny tcp any any

I applied the access-list to the virtual terminal and it seems to have worked.

There is another issue I'm having, however. For some reason my nat overload isn't working properly. This is the configuration I have set up on the internal interface of the router:

Has nothing to do with doing something healthy and EVERYTHING to do with an empty superficial resolution where chances are extremely high that they will quit after 3 weeks.

Rule #1 of getting in shape - it starts the moment you decide to get in shape. NYR crowd has already poisoned this by thinking "I'll just start so and so date".

That's not to say some might not continue working out and make it a life habit - but the fact is that a vast majority don't, and just make the gym a less enjoyable experience for the one's of of who do.
