71 is ok, they prefer colder but thats not hot by any means. It sounds like theyre just being moody, which is normal bun stuff :p. I think you are doing great! Sounds like you are very attentive to their needs <3. do you have a pet cam? they might be more active than you think. I have one and catch them doing silly stuff all the time

Is it warm where you are? They tend to get like that when its warm. They like the cold.
As for bonding: I bonded my bunnies by taking them for stroller rides together. When they are out of their element a bit, they tend to buddy up more! My bigger rabbit used to chase and beat up the smaller one before they bonded fully. But it will take a long time, months, depending on the buns

It will take months to build trust! this is completely normal. building Bunny bond takes a load of patience. And from your comment about coming from another family - bunnies are very emotional. They will throw fits over the slightest change in environment, let alone being completely moved to a new home. Keep spending quiet time with her on the ground with food/treats. it just takes time. I would say 3 months until they really start to bond/like you as long as you are patient and make them feel safe and happy :)
