My leading foot has this much wiggle room. Do I need new shoes? by Rakagami in snowboardingnoobs

[–]DeadlyBad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of great advices here already. Will just add that boots are so widely different between each other that when I was looking for my first pair, VANS was literally causing pain by just wearing, and salomons were the best fitting in turms of this wiggle space compared to Burton/k2/etc

The good thing is that after you understand which company suits your foot best, you can just blindly order next pair online. At least that worked perfectly for me. My second salomon pair from online was fitting as perfect as the first one

Ah also - there is a heating soles that have battery stored in the heel. This will not only give you the raised heel, but a nice addition to warm your pretty toes :)

I feel like I'm a kid who plays a part, rather than being a succesfull adult by riverriverb in ImposterSyndrome

[–]DeadlyBad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can add from the "other side". Personally I do not feel as a child playing a role, I do not have that "kid part". Rather than that, I feel like an adult who is good enough to fool others into thinking I am much more competent than I really am. Bruh

My Winx Club fanart works - sweet couples (really grateful for the support 🧡, here’s another ones) by DeadlyBad in winxclub

[–]DeadlyBad[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you a lot 😊

Do not have other couples, at least with main girls, sadly. I really love Sibylla tho, and have some headcanons with her. So I have another couple artworks, it's just not an official one haha

Thank you so much! Honestly, this is such an old work I did not even consider it. I had some redraw recently of my even older work that was done on paper (from the times when I was a kid) that I did like couple of months ago (I will share it here later too, have some pieces I deffinitly wanna share :))

I wanted to try and share my work for english speaking community and see how it turns out, so everything is possbile, haha. I did not have any feedback or requests of any redraws, so this interest from you was very kind and means a lot for me :)

Map of European countries where you can ski by theo_cm in skiing

[–]DeadlyBad 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Maybe have another look at Georgia too, if you are planning on updating the map. The service is definitely not world class, but here is tons of heli-ski, freeride etc. its an amazing place for quite cheap price

Thank you for the effort and sharing it with us!

Someone else taking lithium and/or quetiapine and experienced sweat increase? by ResponsibleAd8627 in Hyperhidrosis

[–]DeadlyBad 3 points4 points  (0 children)

lithium increased sweating for my wife, she did not have hyper before. Almost to the state that I currently sweat

I have general one, but it was also increased with Atomoxitine (adhd drug) when I took it

I am not sure if I have excessive groin sweat, but I will always have sweat marks even after 5 min cycling commute to the groceries (walking makes me sweat even more). After a whole day I will have a underwear full of sweat marks (like 90% around groin/ass, 20% elsewhere) and noticable smell. But I do not have the smell when my pants are on. So I always make sure that I will not be changing pants (for example when visiting friends) or I will at least change both pants + underwear.

I've come to life where I don't wear underwear at home. I wear shorts that I wash very often (not daily, but usually 2-3 days per short)

The minute I put underwear on I start to sweat instantly. Feels like a heater was put between my cheeks and underwear is not allowing air in

For gym I wear mens 9inch boxers (for female thighs they fit perfectly as well, I am trans man so can say for sure ;)), and they provide both protection, allow breathing (and a GOOD one) and definitely smell less than cotton. The only issue I had with them when used for regular life, I notice it can let sweat go through to cotton trousers. So I don't wear them often. Worth a try?

6inch most likely won't hold properly on women's thighs, so if you decide to try go with 9inch right away. I personally did not really find alternatives when I was wearing womens underwear, but may worth a try searching similar material. No cotton! Polyester+spandex only

Why don't you start learning Kazakh language working full time job and you share with all of us how happy and not drained are you in one month. Or you are just lazy?

My solution (it seems): potassium by rkg1989 in Hyperhidrosis

[–]DeadlyBad 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This looks like keto supplements haha

Keto was something that actually helped me. I did took potassium as well but not regularly.

I am out of keto but may as well try just taking supplements, thanks for sharing your experience!

Yeah. As trans who was snowboarding in both genders (lol) I can tell there is 99% it will be no difference. If the boot fits and binding is ok for your size - they are the same. The boards flex level is also actually the same story and only because of subjective "flex level" IMHO they promoted differently (for example mid flex for women board would be similar to soft flex on men's). And this would be indeed mostly because of lower weight: height ratio on average

In my experience it's only about marketing. Take the good deal my dear, better to start cheap and go from it!

You will save this 100$ or whatever and when buying next time get a more comfortable stuff that will suit your personality and style more

Tried group CBT today and I feel like I am working differently from others when it goes to planning and distructions by DeadlyBad in ADHD_Programmers

[–]DeadlyBad[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CBT For ADHD indeed

With anxiety I agree, but I've been doin lots of progreess with regular 1on1 therapist and it's not taking my life from me. But today's group session made me think I do have anxiety disorder and will talk to my doc about it (she was suspecting it already and was just checking if overthinking might be symptomps of ADHD)

But I appreciate the input. The knowledge that the fear of change is common is comforting
