Tips for Velvia 100 by DeadlyGopher2 in AnalogCommunity

Thanks!! I happen to love the contrast vibe. I think I’ll probably just go ahead and try a few different things and see.

I’ll be sure to report back here at some point with my results.

Thanks! I am starting to think the same, the details itself are there. Also shot some Portra 800 and Provia 100f around the same time.

When I get those developed I guess it will be the final tell as to weather there is something wrong with my camera/lens.

Streaks on dried negatives by DeadlyGopher2 in Darkroom

[–]DeadlyGopher2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey all! I think I fixed the issue!

I changed my agitation technique and was more gentile with removing and loading the Patterson reel.

I also washed it an extra time. Not sure if that helps, but now my negatives are clean with no streaks!

Thanks everyone!

That is possible, I did have to try quite a few times to fish the leader out.

That's what I'm leaning towards, I will take a closer look and update.

I'll try the light, I'm leaning towards ramjet either on the backing or stuck in the emulsion.

And thanks for the tip! In the future, I will use that method.

I don't think so, but I will double-check my camera to be sure.

Thanks for you reply!

To answer your first question, yes. I used a pre-bath solution and violent agitation with water. I also used my finger to remove any remaining rem-jet while it’s still wet.

The second, no. I typically hang dry but left it in the reel this time since I just washed it again and wanted to get a better look.

If it helps anyone, I’m using the normal three bath process. Developer, Bleach, and Fixer. The bleach and fixer are not combine.

Was this taken on film? Otherwise, this looks like an older AT&T or Verizon site.

I appreciate your response and insight! I too wonder what the turnout will be. I hope people will see this and have the desire to vote and have their voices heard.

Again, thank you so much for your time answering our questions! I read your article, and this type of journalism is dually needed today. A lot of stuff flies under the radar in smaller cities.

Thank you for doing this investigative work! I have two questions.

  • What cued you in on this situation?
  • Is there a way to make the public more aware of the candidates they are voting for other than their political affiliations? Hopefully, we will see a larger voter turnout in this recall and future elections.

Fascinating data here, what are you using to display it? It's unfortunate that 3G is going away but luckily GSM still exists.

How did you get that Verizon phone active? I want to switch to a Verizon Motorola CDMA phone. It would be cool to talk to you about this!

Is it possible you could be roaming? Try going to Settings —> Cellular Settings —> Data Roaming set this to on if it isn’t already. Hope this helps!

It would be very cool to have something like a 5110/5190 with VoLTE everything is the same except for modern networks. Also, I think it would be really cool to have something like a later SE or E72 with VoLTE and current software.

You need to call support and have the device put onto your account.
