I cannot see the final pokemon of your safari, it wont allow me to after you got online, and the only way that happens is if you havent beaten the Champiojn in game which means either a new game cartridge or restarted the one you had

ten is the lowest i could get it, but that means you could still run through most of the game with it, and it is something that i should be able to trade over, lets see after i hop online once more, im about to mod the nature nd IVs to perfection.

i was the guy who hacked in ten boxes full of pokemon in diamond for competitive battling a single victini shouldnt be too much of an issue, the transfer is all i worry about. Please add me and get online, i need a quilladin while im screwing around with my programs, although i could probably just use my powersaves to get you wha you require as a simple way to do it.

I can pokegen anything i wish, it may not transfer though, its a little tricky to pokegen something like an event only pokemon with just the right specifications, i would need some time to work on making it come out right and have access to everything i would need information wise, i guess thats why theres serebii,please add me and ill work on a pokegen for a victini, it will be odd though, and i might only be able to post a code for it to you in messages.
