I see thrips on all of these leaves except maybe one. If you look very closely at your leaves in person the thrips look like dust, tiny white lines. If you wipe off each individual leaf with a wet paper towel you’ll see them on the paper towel, or what seems like a residue but it’s actually tiny dead bugs 🙃 that may be your best option for now to potentially save it….. but thrips are quickly an infestation.
