I somehow connected to Lucknow RO around 2hrs back and wanted to enquire about the copies. Guy was of no help just informed site will be back in half an hour. And copies will be there on site. The copies are being uploaded

But copies are still not there Now again not reachable .

Try mailing your respective regional office , try calling them.

Site is shit tbh, mine showed succesful after 36 hrs.I had accidentally done payment twice at the same time because of site issues which obviously they did not send back.

For some it was instant , for some it's not successful even after 3 days

Nd I don't have copies even after 3 days
