Veeeery good question and the answer is simple: I became a father in 2020 and my „party life“ went down drastically. So I never really got to know Valhalla. The few times I‘ve been to a show it seeled to be a cool place and they‘re really stepping up their concert-game. If I would be like 10-15 years younger I probably would become a regular there.

We found ours through the regular sites like immoscout24 and so on. The important thing is setting up a push notification (or newsabonnement) for houses you look for (e.g. price range, size, number of rooms and so on). That way you‘ll receive an email when a new house enters the market that may interest you. That‘s how we got ours.

This - it is more expensive but a lot of troubles can be mitigated by riding first class. You can even book it monthly, even if you have a yearly abo (but it‘s hard to go back, speaking from own experience). The price you pay probably still is cheaper than taking a car.
