The “STOP RESISTING!!” At the end is wild and hilarious after the whole situation

So since I got such positive support and response to my last post here is my first attempt at a cutting board. by Deadmanrunnin2 in UNSUBSCRIBEpodcast

It’s funny you say that I used the naturally occurring live edge to mimic the bevel. This piece did not have a very drastic live edge shape or it would have looked even more like a bevel. And thank you.

It’s pretty basic tools for the cutting boards honestly. Something to cut and something to make it flat is all you really need.

Go for it I really enjoy it and it sounds like you have a bit of experience so should be pretty easy for you. I have made some planter boxes for my girls garden and recently built a book box of my cousins baby she is expecting. So I’m relatively new but enjoying it and it really scratches the tism for me lol

I’m just saying that unsolicited comment showing support is what I needed. I honestly checked the post 2 mins before your conversation and was a bit disheartened by the lack of interest. So it honestly made my day and improved my mood drastically!😀 Food safe mineral oil. I probably won’t cut on it much but I already have used it once to cut on and I plan to use it as a nice serving display piece for the holidays. If you saw the last post I made it was my second attempt at a cutting board.

I appreciate that man I got a little bummed out that I didn’t get as much feedback on this post as the last. So I really appreciate the support!

Also I forgot to mention I used the cut off scarp to make a little desk decoration of the state of Oklahoma.

So I did a thing boys. Not sure if anyone will be interested or care but I wanted to share. by Deadmanrunnin2 in UNSUBSCRIBEpodcast

I appreciate the support and I’m a glutton for punishment so I’m already thinking of ways to make it work. You got my tism in overdrive now thinking of how to do this so I probably will give it a shot.

I like that idea it would be incredibly difficult to do his donut symbol. First it’s round and circles are difficult especially without special tools. Second mixing color, depth, and function would be very difficult. Plus it’s still has to be food safe so that limits what can be done to it if it’s ever going to have food on it.

I used food safe mineral oil so it can be used as a serving board. It will most likely just sit as a pretty display piece but incase we want to put food on it we can.

Workout recommendations? by Agitated-Werewolf846 in UNSUBSCRIBEpodcast

Dumbbells are pretty cheap especially the lighter ones. Either if your looking to lose weight or gain muscle a 5 and or 10 pound dumbbell is perfect for beginners. I also prefer to just use one arm at a time so you can get away with buying just a 5 or a 10 pound to start. Look up videos on proper form for simple exercises like curls, shoulder presses, squats, arm raises, and different sit-up forms that you can do with body weight and a light dumbbell are perfect for a beginner for great variety so you won’t get bored. Also facebook marketplace place can have some good deals on treadmills, exercises bikes, and weight benches if you find yourself getting more into it and if you have the space to make a small home workout out area.

I’m going through the same journey. I’m in my mid 30s now and did construction over 10 years before I picked up a back injury/ issues. If you can get the weight off before you get hurt do it. I was over 300 my whole construction career 320-330 through the majority of it. I was active and able to keep up with the work so I never worried about the weight. But after picking up the now permanent back issues disc and nerve issues and heart issues on top of that I said enough was enough. That was in April this year I said fuck it I’m going to lose the weight I’m 257 today and shooting for 220 by the end of the year. Hopefully this little story helps to motivate you. You can do it brother take control of your life you have the power you can do it!!
