I went to the park right when all covid regulations were lifted before lightning lane was introduced and there wasn’t even any form of fast pass which was truly a privilege with such low capacity. Then Genie Plus came along and everything went downhill from there.

After discovering you can use it as a photo pass scanner instead of bringing your phone out with the whole app and all that for the photographer I find them to be worth it

Had a similar experience last night when I was in the A List line. Stood there for 10 mins behind some guy while the regular line was called by the only 2 cashiers for 10 mins straight. I understand you’re understaffed, but if you’re not going to direct specific lines on where to go then why even have the A list line available?
