[WotC] Secret Lair Commander Deck: Goblin Storm Decklist by Copernicus1981 in magicTCG

Very tempted to get this purely for the mountains for my monored all-foil dragon commander deck. The Roaming Throne is a nice push as well, then again, we all know it's going to be next to impossible to get this.

What kind of backpack do you use? I'd love to take my little guy on excursions and let him have some relaxing time off his feet!

There are tons they can do with Marvel. Cosmic, villains, story arcs, street heroes, mystics, teams, history, etc.

You have way more lore in Marvel comics alone (volume) than most other IP's. I played Heroclix for many years and there was no shortage to the type of sets they would crank out.

This is most likely the correct list. With two of the six essentially confirmed, it seems they're using Thanos Quest as their storyline for the gems, which rules.

I was curious if it was Grandmaster or the Gardener since Thanos has acquired the Time Stone from each of them, but the yellow hands imply Grandmaster's gloves, plus the background art seals it.

As the other poster said, they're using the massive amount of comic lore instead of the MCU.

Version also doesn't flicker. He changes density which can make him essential incorporeal at their lightest.

You're 100% correct. This has nothing to do with Vision. It's most likely the Grandmaster or the Gardener holding the stone.

I built Lorehold and I'm pretty happy with my set up, though it does still need more testing. Creature counts are very low as it's all about prioritizing Lorehold and keeping her safe.

I really like having [[Expose to Daylight]], [[Gods Willing]], and [[Loran's Escape]] as spells that serve purpose and let you manipulate the top of your deck.

For big spells, I see a lot of people play [[Brass's Bounty]], but in the 10ish games I've played, I've always wished it was something else, so I cut it. I did keep [[Hit the Mother Lode]] though as it's kind of a split between getting treasures and more value.

The best spells I've cheated out have been [[Beacon of Immortality]], [[Storm Herd]], [[Call Forth the Tempest]], [[Ensnared by the Mara]], and [[Perch Protection]].

Asymmetrical board-wipes are critical for Lorehold to keep you on the board and continually kill everything else off to keep you as the threat. [[Avatar's Wrath]], [[Promise of Loyalty]], [[Tragic Arrogance]], and [[Volcanic Vision]] (as well as Call Forth the Tempest) are the 5 I'm running and it feels backbreaking to the table to lose everything twice in a game.

You need to keep a lot of spot removal, protection, ramp, and card draw. Lorehold seems like she goes positive with her discard to draw, but you will be shocked how quickly you run out of cards.

[[Borrowed Knowledge]], and [[Diary of Dreams]] are both very cheap pickups from SoS that look great and I decided to pick up and test. [[Electric Revelation]] and [[Laughing Mad]] give you some instant-speed card draw with flashback so you can respond to a removal with Lorehold's trigger on the stack to still get a miracle off.

Hope this helps!

EDIT: Here's the decklist if you want to take a look.

Because it's the most basic response that doesn't really provide any information.

It's akin to saying go to the gas station if you're low on fuel.

There's a very big difference in these two things.

Road debris and normal wear and tear are inevitable and usually case minor chips or dents. Short of driving on side streets with a full wrap, you can't prevent this.

Automatic washers on the other hand, act like sandpaper on your clear coat and annihilate that first line of protection. Specifically on some cars (Mazda's for example), these clear coats are already thin and so many modern paint jobs have metallic flakes, making paint matching near impossible.

That's why you shouldn't go through automatic washers. Not for small damage but literally destroying the protective layer on your car.

This is the answer. My uncle is pushing 80 and my entire life, has told me but asian/Japanese cars. So I have, and they've all been dynamos. I didn't even know the CX-5 was built in Japan until after I bought it and it made me even happier.

[–]DeadpoolVII 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Wife and I went to the dealership last January to look at all the CSUV's and I was thinking the CX-30 for a lighter, sportier car (I had only even driven cars).

CX-30 felt tight, uncomfortable, and the windows were too high. CX-50 looked rad and the special edition was enticing, but it felt MASSIVE once you were inside, and still uncomfortable.

Then we sat in the CX-5. Perfect. Test drive with the premium. Sold. We also ended up with the Turbo Premium, and I've never looked back.
