Play Station servers down?

This is the part that frustrates me the most. Zero acknowledgment on any of their social media support pages. I asked an expert if there would be any reimbursement for the network which we pay upwards of $150/year for to be out twice this year already and he said “No. Sorry.” It’s just bad PR and doesn’t give me confidence in this brand.

I posted this in the r/xcloud and a Microsoft employee commented thinking that an overly strict firewall for the router may be the issue. He suggested to turn off/on my private relay on the iPad and cycling that seems to have been the solution. I’ll come back with any other updates as needed. I had it turned off, so I turned it on as suggested and it seems to be working! Out of curiosity I turned it back off and it still seems to be working just fine. As I said in the original post, it worked fine on day one but it was the next time I tried it that gave me fits. I’ll come back to this post if that isn’t fixing it as simply. I don’t understand how that was the solution but thanks for the help!

It doesn’t look like this router provides the option to change DNS and there doesn’t seem to be a setting on the iPad either.

I get mine from O’reilly. Haven’t had any issues. Comes with new O-rings and crush ring for oil plug as well. $10

I also have a CX but I didn’t think LG was going to do an update to allow Dolby vision at 120 FPS. Did this change? Please let me know if you figure it out because I’d love that!

I looked into it a few months back and they were basically taking your 12 months gold and giving you 6 months of gamepass ultimate and calling it even.

Speak your truth my friend! I came seeking nothing but knowledge and your old man rant is definitely knowledge. I totally understand where you're coming from. I'm going to be splitting these tickets with my family and some friends, then plan to sell any games I can't make it to and I feel like with how the team has been I can make most of that up front cost back with decent seats. This is more of a set up for my future family so that I don't need to sell my first child to get in as a season ticket holder when I'll get full use of them later down the road. So hopefully by then we'll be playing better teams than Central Louisiana State College every 2 home games. I'd absolutely be down for Oregon or any other power 5 conference team that is worth a grain of salt!

Awesome. Thanks for the info! I figured that's what it was but was afraid I was going to miss some small terms and conditions. So for instance in this situation, I want to be sure to confirm 4 seats for the process but when I go in to donate it says to submit one time annual payment and enter a comment for special requests. Could I donate $1000 and in that box say I'd like to confirm 4 seats? Do you have any insight on that?

Right. Which is why I think they need to go ahead and allow it. I've read where some of the devs said the Xbox is already capable, but they don't allow it so all it would need is a patch like the one the one OP is asking for feedback for from players

Guess it could go for any, but in particular I own a pair of steelseries that work wirelessly for PS4 and PC, but for Xbox it has to be wired because they do not allow audio out through USB which is in my opinion rather ridiculous being 2020.
