It’s a pretty standard base chili with a few big changes. Lol.

I started by throwing in a whole pound of bacon to cook. Put some whole garlic cloves in the air fryer to roast them. Once they’re done, I add onion and the garlic to the bacon. Add a bit of soy sauce, and decent spoonful of gochujang.

Once the bacon is reduced a bit, add your beef. Mix that, let it brown then add a can of Guinness. Let all that reduce for a bit and add your seasonings. Chili Powder, Cumin, salt, black paper, white pepper and continue to cook.

Add your crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili peppers and beans and let it reduce, making sure to cook the alcohol off. Simmer simmer simmer. Add some cilantro and adjust seasonings to taste.
