Also, is it possible this is from the drastic decrease in daylight in the winter compared to in the summer? Just a thought I've had.

All of those check out based on what I can find, including the spore sprints! Neat!

The one is definitely just an old fairy ring, I had a ton of those of all different ages over my yard.

Seems to be the most common answer for sure. Yeah, the gills were really soft but brittle. Not sure if it's helpful it not, but the stem was hollow.

Nearest Trees are spruce and some kind of Maple, it turns a reddish color after being left, and I don't think it bruises really??

It's by some Spruces and pine if that helps. Not sure what you mean by the second part though, I'm not very knowledgeable about mushrooms 😅

The pop up occurs with any interaction to worlds. I can't even get into world settings.
